ALL SALES FINAL. We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed, except where expressly authorized by Cutesie Pie Boutique as outlined below.
If you have questions about an item or would like additional information before purchasing, please contact us prior to placing your order. We are happy to provide additional photos, videos, measurements, or details whenever available.
If there is an error with your order information, please contact us immediately. While we cannot guarantee changes after an order is placed, we may be able to update information before shipment.Â
Order Issues
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery at Info@CutesiePie.com.
All concerns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Reporting an issue within 48 hours does not guarantee or create eligibility for a return, refund, exchange, or store credit. Failure to report an issue within this timeframe may limit our ability to review or assist with the issue.
At our sole discretion, we may authorize an exchange or store credit in limited circumstances. If authorized, the item must be returned in new, unworn, unused, and unaltered condition with all original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. All returned merchandise is subject to inspection before an exchange or store credit is issued.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Manufacturer & Vendor Warranties
Most items sold by Cutesie Pie Boutique are not covered by a warranty unless specifically stated in the product listing.
If a manufacturer or vendor warranty is available, we will gladly provide any warranty information supplied to us and assist with warranty-related claims when possible.

Once an order has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, it is under the carrier's control.
