Transit Times

Transit times are determined by the shipping service selected at checkout and the destination address.

Insurance

Orders include carrier-provided coverage where applicable.

Customers are responsible for purchasing additional shipping insurance at checkout for orders exceeding $100 in value, unless otherwise stated.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, it is under the carrier's control.

Cutesie Pie Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged in transit.

Any claims for loss or damage must be filed with the shipping carrier. Reimbursement, when applicable, is subject to carrier approval and claim determination.

Customers must report any shipping damage, missing items, or order discrepancies within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
