Tracking information is automatically generated and sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

Shipping Schedule

📦 USPS & FedEx Shipments

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday

Orders received by 4:00 PM EST on scheduled shipping days will generally ship the same day. Orders received after the cutoff will ship on the next scheduled shipping day.

📦 UPS Shipments

Friday Only

Orders received by 9:00 AM EST Friday will generally ship the same day. Orders received after the cutoff will ship during the next scheduled UPS shipment.

Shipping schedules are subject to change due to holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Transit Times

Transit times are determined by the shipping service selected at checkout and the destination address.

Estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by Cutesie Pie Boutique.

Insurance

Orders include carrier-provided coverage where applicable.

Customers are responsible for purchasing additional shipping insurance at checkout for orders exceeding $100 in value, unless otherwise stated.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, it is under the carrier's control.

While we are happy to assist when possible, Cutesie Pie Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged while in transit.

Claims for loss or damage must be filed with the shipping carrier. Reimbursement, when applicable, is subject to the carrier's investigation and approval.

Customers must report any shipping damage, missing items, or order discrepancies within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
